Offshoring, Outsourcing, Offsite development… just a couple of terms that will give you the goosebumps. The main reason for having these goosebumps is the fear of having your developments being done in a country/continent where the differences between working culture and ethics causes misunderstandings and deadlines not being met.

As Bosned, we provide transparency to customers, we work in small agile/scrum teams made out of local and nearshore members and have short lines of communication. We posses the same cultural and work ethics/values as the most of Western European countries.
